Marc Pfeiffer, Assistant Director of the Bloustein Local Government Research Center and a technology consultant for the New Jersey Municipal Excess Liability Fund, has a featured article in the November 2017 issue of New Jersey Municipalities magazine, “Know What? What Government Leaders Need to Know About Cybersecurity and Technology.”

The article discusses the risks and challenges of managing technology and safe computing at the municipal level, including training individual users on proper safeguards, managing technology, and having a technology plan in place.
